Open House

The Deer Creek Conservation District Directors and staff host an open house every December in the district office. The come and go event features door prizes, tables full of homemade cooking and lots of good old-fashioned hospitality and visiting.

Also at the open house, the district presents a Governor’s Conservation Award each year to a district cooperator. The 2008 honoree was James Covey of Custer City.
